means any and all text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases, and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of the Website;
means collectively the online facilities, tools, services, infrastructure and information that EPC provides through the Website for facilitating administration of traffic related charges;
means the services available to you through this Website, specifically any aspect related to cross border enforcement of traffic related fees, charges and contraventions;
Payment Information
means any details required for the payment for Services from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;
Third Party Service Provider
means a third party providing a service that is offered to Users through Website;
means any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by Euro Parking Collection plc and acting in the course of their employment.

EPC Accounts

In order to access EPC’s simple online management of payments of traffic related charges EPC requires you to register an account.

The account will contain certain personal details and payment information which EPC will ask you to provide.

Please note that if EPC implements material changes to the way the operations of the accounts we will inform you about it.

It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. EPC accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.

If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact EPC immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised orders or payments that may be pending.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that these Terms of Service adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, in the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms of Service. The Contract is between you and EPC. It is not intended to benefit any other person or third party in any way and no such person or party will be entitled to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service.

If any of the provisions of these Terms of Service are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by any court or other authority, that/those provision(s) shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms of Service. The remainder of these Terms of Service shall be valid and enforceable.

No failure or delay by Us in exercising any of Our rights under these Terms of Service means that EPC have waived that right, and no waiver by Us of a breach of any provision of these Terms of Service means that EPC will waive any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

EPC may revise these Terms of Service from time to time in response to changes in relevant laws and other regulatory requirements. If EPC changes these Terms of Service as they relate to your Subscription, EPC will give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and provide details of how to cancel if you are not happy with them.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and the relationship between you and EPC (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.

If you are a consumer, any disputes concerning these Terms of Service, the relationship between you and EPC, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.

If you are a business, any disputes concerning these Terms of Service, the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
